When you’re born into a cult, you don’t know it’s a cult…until you do. Many social groups, relational structures + organizations also function like cults. They give you pre-loaded language, incentivize behavior + create systems that sneak into your daily decisions often unnoticed.

Language is the technology that creates behavior. The words we use and the meaning we ascribe to them are fundamental to how we experience our humanity.
