Hi! I really like how you brought out the term "introception" because I haven't heard anyone else use it. I think most people are familiar with "introspection," as in looking inside (the mind, thoughts), but I think many people are not familiar with introception, and intentionally feeling, perceiving, and being internally. I actually would love to hear it more out in the world.
